
I currently work as a Chef De Cuisine and culinary director of multiple establishments. My culinary journey began with my studies at Le Cordon Bleu and has taken me to some of the finest dining establishments, including Michelin-starred restaurants and companies, giving me over two decades of experience at the table. I am committed to excellence in everything I do, and I am passionate about creating memorable dining experiences that exceed expectations. I'm currently working towards opening my own brick and mortar restaurant that highlights the flavors of my Guatemalan heritage. My ultimate goal is to earn a Michelin star of my own, rather than just helping others achieve this prestigious accolade.
